Workout:

Easy to follow on screen

8 exercise (40 seconds on / 20 seconds break)

1 – Star jumps

2 – High knees

3 – Squat to star jump

4 – 4 or 5 quick side steps and touch ground

5 – Foot taps

6 – Plank to ¾ squat

7 – Ankle hops

8 – Burpeeees!
