7 Minute INTENSE Full Body FAT BURNING Workout (GET RIPPED FAST)

I am going to show you a full body fat burning workout that you can do in only 7 minutes. This high intensity fat burning workout will help you shed fat and transform your physique completely.

This fat burning workout will not only help you shed fat fast, but it will also increase your speed, power, endurance, and overall muscle tone.

For this workout, we will be doing 10 exercises and for each exercise, we will be going for 20 seconds of all out intensity followed by 20 seconds of rest. Guys, when I say all out, I mean you have to push yourself as hard as you possibly can. You have to give at least 90% effort.

You don’t need any equipment and you can do this workout anywhere including your home, so there is no reason not to follow along.

If you need more rest, no big deal. You can do 20 seconds of all out intensity followed by 40 seconds of rest period. We all start somewhere. Just keep pushing yourself and you will progress into the intensity of this workout.

If you are having a hard time breathing after the workout, you know you did a good job. The goal is to keep the intensity high. Remember though, listen to your body. Push yourself, but don’t injure yourself. Again, there is nothing wrong with needing more rest. My goal is to provide you guys with a high intensity workout that will help you reach your fitness goals.

I understand that most people are super busy with their lives and they might not have time to do a low intensity 30 minute workout. This is where this workout comes in. In only 7 minutes, you will be burning calories like never before.

If you want to see lasting change, you have to be willing to put in the work and you have to do it consistently. Doing it only once isn’t going to help you reach your dream physique, but by practicing this fat burning workout on a regular basis, you might just be surprised when you look at the mirror 4 weeks from now.

I recommend you do this workout 3 times a week. If you do that with a good diet, you will see insane results. Remember, you can’t outwork a bad diet.
