So this 7 min fat burner workout will be divided into 3 different time trials base off your skill set. In the video I talk more for beginners in the sense of time. For beginners each exercise will be 45 seconds long and you will have a 15 sec rest time in between each exercise.
For intermediates each fat burning exercise will be 50 seconds long and you will have a 10 sec rest time in between each exercise. For Advanced, each fat burning exercise will be 55 seconds long and you will have a 5 sec rest time in between each exercise! You can all do it💪🏽💯.
