7 fat burning HIIT exercises in 1 workout.
1. Single arm squat to press, jump over and repeat: 20 reps
2. Squat to jump squat: 20 reps
3. Jack squat to upright row: 20 reps
4. Plank to squat: 20 reps
5. Jumping split squats: 10-12 reps each leg
6. Swing to Goblet squat: 20 reps
7. Single leg deadlift with tap to shoulder press: 10 reps each side
