Hey guys! We are so excited to bring you another workout to add to our 5 minute series! Today’s workout is a 5 minutes pushup challenge video designed to give you a burn while building your chest and triceps in just a few short minutes! I did all the pushups on my knees to show one modification method, but if you need more of a challenge try them on your feet. If it is still too challenging on your knees, try elevating your hands to a chair, bench, or wall. This follow-along workout is designed for both men and women from beginners all the way through advanced level fitness and pairs well with any of our other workout videos. Enjoy this workout as a great stand alone workout, or pair it with any of our other workout videos.
