50 MINUTE WORKOUT WITH WEIGHTS – Grab your dumbbells and get to work burning fat and building up your fitness with this 50 minute full body workout.
In this Follow Along Fat Burning HIIT we’ll be working to complete 3 seperate circuits + 1 Bonus Abs circuit for the following time scheme:
Circuit 1-Complete the following sets at each exercise:
Set 1- 40 seconds work/15 seconds rest
Set 2- 30 seconds work/10 seconds rest
Set 3- 20 seconds work/15 seconds rest
Rest 1 minute then complete circuit 2 & 3 for the same sets and time scheme.
You’ll need a variety of weights for this one or just use 1 set of moderately heavy dumbbells like I did. I used 5kg but you can use something lighter or heavier depending on your fitness and strength level.
