50 MINUTE FAT BURNING FULL BODY WORKOUT – In need of a full body at home workout with weights that will burn fat and sculpt and tone your entire body?
I designed this 50 minute full body HIIT workout to target all your major muscle groups and boost your metabolism so you can burn fat fast!
To complete this dumbbell HIIT workout at home you’ll need a variety of weighted dumbbells. I used 1 set of 3kg + 5kgs + 8kg dumbbells for this workout but you may want to work with something lighter or heavier depending on your strength level.
There are 5 circuits that make up this workout + a bonus core section to help you sculpt and tone your tummy. Complete 3 Rounds of each of the following circuits. 45 seconds work/15 seconds rest. Have 30 seconds rest between circuits.
