In this video i do an intense 5 minute intense fat burning and muscle building workout. No gym required and all you need is 5 minutes!!!
These are the movements i perform… just 1 minutes each.
1) Jump and Jacks
2) Burpees
3) Leg raises
4) Squats
5) End with more Jump and Jacks
This exercise is super quick but it will have you sweating, burning fat and building muscle. Let me know what you think in the comments.
