5 Minute Fat Burning Workout Circuit:
1. Resistance Band Jumping Jacks
2. Leap Jump Squats
3. Side Taps
4. Up/Downs with Mountain Climbers
5. Push Ups
6. Toe Touches
7. Leg Raises
8. Planks with Shoulder Taps
9. Scissor Sit Ups
10. Bicycle Crunches

Perform each exercise consecutive for 30 seconds. Increase the intensity by adding weights or resistance bands.

This workout is awesome for getting the heart rate up while incorporating strength and resistance training. It is sure to burn body fat and have you feeling amazing.
