Honestly, I created this workout because I kept getting served 5 minute ‘fat burning’ workouts videos on here. And after trying several, I didn’t feel challenged the way I thought a 5 minute fat burning workout should challenge you…
So I created my own CHALLENGING 5 minute fat burning workout at home.
This workout is tough, but so are you. You can do ANYTHING for 5 minutes; you got this!
✔️ Length: 5-Minutes
✔️ Focus Area: Total Body CARDIO
✔️ Calorie-Burn: 100 in 5 minutes (for me personally)
✔️ Intensity: High. This is a challenging workout! But it’s an AMRAP workout, which means you move at YOUR PACE. You can stick with me, or choose the pace that works best for you!

Alternatively, work off the 6 fat burning exercises below at your own pace.
This is a chipper style AMRAP workout, which means we’ll be dropping reps with each additional exercise (“chipping away” at the workout) and repeating as many rounds as possible in 5 minutes! Your goal is to make it through 2 rounds!
1️⃣ 50 Punch Jacks
2️⃣ 40 Mountain Climbers
3️⃣ 30 Loaded Squat Lateral Bounds
4️⃣ 20 Lunge Drops
5️⃣ 10 Burpees
6️⃣ 5 Plyo Push Ups

🔥 Do fat burning workouts actually work?
High intensity interval training is proven to be more effective at reducing overall fat (and tough-to-target abdominal fat) than other forms of exercise. You also continue burning calories and fat for 24 hours after you complete a HIIT Workout. That makes it even more efficient for losing weight and fat loss.
That being said — I’ve never been one to promise quick and easy fixes. I genuinely believe that fitness is a lifestyle, and that encompasses more than a five minute workout.
This fat burner HIIT workout IS an efficient way to get your sweat on, burn calories, build muscle, and build mental toughness! This was an 100 calorie workout for me personally! If you can find 5 minutes in your day, you can knock out this workout!
