HIIT stands for High-Intensity Interval Training. HIIT involves short bursts of intense exercise alternated with low-intensity recovery periods. One of the biggest advantages of HIIT is that you can get maximal health benefits in minimal time.

We, The Fitologists have made our own routine targeting the whole body and yes no equipment is needed.The HIIT principle we have used in this routine is: 30 Seconds full intensity workout and 10 seconds of rest on every exercise. In those 30 Seconds we expect your full power and focus doing the mentioned exercise. The Exercise list are:
1. Gorilla Burpees
2. Floor Push Ups to Shoulder Taps
3. Mountain Climbers
4. Criss Cross Squats
5. Walkout to Plank Twist
6. Double heel butt kick
7. Plank Jack to Jumping Jack
8. Lying Leg Raises
