5 Minute EMOM Circuit – Losing 30lbs with Fat Burning HIIT Workouts
Here is a 5 Minute EMOM Circuit I used to get a challenging workout in aimed to initiate that EPOC reaction in the body. This reaction is also called the “after burn” effect where your body burns extra calories long after the workout is complete. I’ve been losing 30lbs with these fat burning home workouts including 4 – 8 minute Tabata, boosting my metabolism.
