This video shows an aerobic training routine without equipments. With simple exercises that can be done in your home or apartament. Ideal to help you lose weight and fat. So get up from the chair and let’s go together!

00:16 – ‘Knees lifting’ – Running in place lifting your knees in front of your body.
Increase the intensity by raising your knees higher.
00:55 – ‘Heel lifiting’ – Running in place lifting your heels behind your body.
Touch you heels in your hands.
01:37 – ‘Burpees'(Jumping) – Squat down and place your hands on the floor shoulder-width apart.
Boost your feet backward with the support of your arms. Returns in an explosive movement and jump as high as you can.
Note: When you go up be careful with the equilibrium.
02:35 – ‘Knees lifitin’ (with support) – Nice and complete exercise because it works legs, calves, arms and abs. Place you hands on
the ball, chair, or bed and make a running in place lifting your knees in front of your body.
Tip: You can count the reps: every 4 elevations of knees count one rep.So You can do 20 or 30 reps.
03:32 – ‘Jumping jacks’ – Make an explosive movement, moving and bringing your feet. Synchronize your arms during the exercise.
**Repeat the circuit for another 3 or 4 times for best results. So you can finish this workout in about 20 minutes. If you are a begginer only repeat once again.
