45 Minute FAT BURNING Bardio! | Barre & Cardio Hiit Workout | Burn 463 Calories*🔥 | Home Workout


45 Minute Fat Burning BARDIO! Barre and Cardio Hiit Workout – Another super fun fusion workout up today and this time, we are combining two elements: cardio hiit exercises and barre work. Some of the barre exercises burned so bad, just killer. I loved the supersets again, one cardio, one barre move, I thought that was a great combo! I do a little preview of each barre move too, so you see how to do it right off the hop. Also, I don’t know how I missed writing the exercises toward the end of the workout, forgive me! You will need: a variety of lighter dumbbells , chair or tall bench back
Format: 40 seconds work/10 seconds rest x3 – Supersets

Elbow to knee, Hand to toe
2 Frog squats, 2 jacks

Tip toe lunge
2 Jumping lunges squat

Curtsy sweep lateral raise
Bear jack, plank jack

Plie releve pulse heel lift
1,2,3 high knee

Tip toe leg lift Spiderman crunch
2 Jacks, squat jack

Sumo wide press
4 twists, 2 jacks

2 Squat jumps, 2 straight leg kicks
Single leg lift tricep extensions

*Calorie burn is really specific to each body and generally the margin of error is between 15-25%. So, take it with a grain of salt and certainly don’t compensate with overindulging. The number on the thumbnail is what I have burned according to my Apple Watch 4.
