45 MIN INTENSE FULL BODY WORKOUT NO REPEAT – Grab your dumbbells and hit this fat burning no repeat HIIT workout designed to target all your major muscles groups and work up a wicked sweat.
There are 4 circuits that make up this workout. Complete each no repeat exercise for 45 seconds work/15 seconds rest.
You’ll need a variety of weighted dumbbells to complete this Intense HIIT. I used 1 set of 3kg + 5kg + 8kg dumbbells but you may want to use something lighter or heavier depending on your strength and fitness level.
