FAT BURNING PYRAMID HIIT – This pyramid workout with dumbbells combines powerful strength exercises with sweaty bodyweight HIIT moves in one full body workout you can do at home.

There are 9 supersets that make up this full body workout. Complete each superset in a pyramid format as follows
A: 15 secs work/15 secs rest
B: 30 secs work/15 secs rest
A: 45 Secs work/15 Secs rest
B: 45 Secs work/15 Secs rest
A: 30 secs work/15 secs rest
B: 15 Secs work/15 Secs rest

You’ll need a variety of weights to complete this workout. I used a set of 5kg + 7kg + 10kg but you may want to use something heavier depending on your strength and fitness level.
