FULL BODY FAT BURNING WORKOUT – Rev up your metabolism and torch calories with this weights workout for women designed to make you sweat!

You’ll need a variety of weighted dumbbell to complete this workout. I used 1 set of 3kg + 5kg + 8kg dumbbells but you may want to use something lighter or heavier depending on your strength and fitness level

There are 4 circuits that make up this dumbbell workout. Complete each circuit 2 x through for 45 secs work/15 Secs rest. Have 30 seconds rest between circuits.

2️⃣Alt Arm Front Raise
3️⃣DB Deadlift to Sprawl
4️⃣Alt Arm Lateral Raise
5️⃣Up & Over DB

1️⃣DB Squat Clean to Alt Arm Press
2️⃣DB Alt Arm Bridge Chest Press
3️⃣DB Alt Arm Snatch (change at top)
4️⃣DB Blast Off Push-ups
5️⃣Straight Leg Bicycle
*60 seconds rest

2️⃣DB Renegade Row to Bentover Row
3️⃣DB Deadlift to Upright Row
4️⃣DB Bentover Fly to Raise
