FAT BURNING HIIT BOOTCAMP WORKOUT – Build strength and work up a serious sweat with this bootcamp style circuit you can do without leaving the house.
All you need is a 1 Bench/Chair + 1 Kettlebell + 1 resistance Band + variety of weighted dumbbells to complete this home bootcamp workout. I used a light resistance band, an 8kg kettlebell + 1 set of 5kg + 7kg dumbbells but you may want to use something lighter or heavier depending on your strength and fitness level.
This total body bootcamp workout is made up of 3 Circuits. You’ll complete each circuit 2 x through for 40 seconds work/20 seconds rest on each exercise. You’ll then have 1 minute rest between circuits.
