40 MINUTE FAT BURNING WORKOUT – Grab your dumbbells and get ready to sweat, with this 40 minute follow along dumbbell workout designed to strengthen and tone from head to toe.
I love that you can get a crazy sweat up and burn serious calories with just a set of dumbbells and your own bodyweight. This 40 minute HIIT Workout with Weights is perfect for you, if you have minimal equipment but want a full body workout for women that packs a punch.
There are 4 circuits that make up this HIIT with weights for women. Complete 3 Rounds of each of the circuits, working for 45 seconds work with 15 seconds rest between movements. Have 30 seconds rest between circuits 1 & 2 and 3 & 4 and 1 minute rest between circuits 2 & 3.
You’ll need a variety a set of moderately heavy to heavy dumbbells to complete this HIIT dumbbell workout at home. I used 1 set of 5kgs dumbbells but you may want to work with something lighter or heavier depending on your strength level.
