40 MIN INTENSE Fat Burning HIIT With Weights |Total Body NO REPEAT Workout

INTENSE FAT BURNING HIIT WITH WEIGHTS – Grab your dumbbells and get ready to sweat with this intense full body workout designed to strengthen and tone from head to toe.

There are 4 Circuits that make up this HIIT workout with weights. Complete each exercise 45 secs work/15 Secs rest.

You’ll need a variety of weighted dumbbells to complete thisintense workout . I used a set of 2kg + 3kg + 5kg + 8kgbut you may want to use something lighter or heavier depending on your fitness and strength level.
