40 MIN FIERY UPPER BODY Fat Burn HIIT | Workout with Dumbbells At Home🔥Burn 219 Calories🔥


FIERY UPPER BODY FAT BURN HIIT – Get a fit and toned upper body and burn some serious calories with this fat blasting upper body HIIT.

There are 2 circuits that make up this workout. Complete each circuit 2 x through 45 seconds work/ 15 seconds rest.Have 1 minute rest between circuits

You’ll need a variety of weighted dumbbells to complete this upper body cardio workout for women. I used 1 set of 5kg + 8kg + 10 kg dumbbells but you may want to use something lighter or heavier depending on your strength and fitness level.

Circuit 1
1️⃣Renegade Row (10kg)
2️⃣DB Jack to Shoulder Press (5kg)
3️⃣Pushup with Rotation
4️⃣Spiderman Mt Climber
5️⃣Burpee to DB Curl (8kg)
6️⃣Bentover Reverse Fly to Row (5kg)
7️⃣Plank Jack to Shoulder Tap
8️⃣DB Single Arm Crunch (8kg)
*1 minute rest
Circuit 2
1️⃣Blast Off Push-ups
2️⃣Standing DB Alt Front Raise (5kg)
3️⃣DB Skier Swing (8kg)
4️⃣Wide Grip Half Burpee
5️⃣DB Pullover to Leg Ext (5kg)
6️⃣Seated 2 DB Tricep Extension (5kg)
7️⃣DB Snatch (10kg)
8️⃣One Arm Burpee
