What is Tabata?
Tabata is a workout that lasts four minutes for one set, but it’s likely to be one of the longest you’ve ever endured. The structure of the program is as follows:
* 20 seconds work
* 10 seconds rest
* total 8 rounds for 1 set (4 mins)
* 3-4 sets to burn maximum calories
