Each Exercise in a given Tabata Workout last only for 4 minutes, but it’s likely to be one of the longest 4 minutes you have ever endured. This Tabata Workout is for Beginners and the structure of the workout is as follow:-
20sec Work – 10sec Rest
4 Rounds (1 Round = 2 Exercises)
Push Yourself as hard as you can for 20sec and rest for 10sec. Remember, 2 Exercises = 1 Round. Do 4-6 sets of this 4 Minutes Beginners Tabata Workout. This Tabata Workout is specially for Beginners and can easily be done at home or anywhere without any equipments.
Make sure you do proper warm up before starting and proper cool down with some stretching after you finish your Tabata Workout
