Jogging in place
Dumbbell Bench Press
Rows (Left side)
Rows (Right Side)
Military Press
Dumbbell Sit ups
Jumping Jacks

You can do this 3-5x per week depending on your fitness level . Go at your own pace within the 30 seconds. If you need extra rest pause the vid or your timer. If you don’t need rest, watch it all the way through. Maintain proper form to avoid injuries!
