Join me for this 38 minute CARDIO PYRAMID HIIT Workout with weights. This is a cardio workout and we will mix in some strength and toning too. We’ll work in the pyramid format; going up in intervals of time and back down. As with all HIIT workouts we’re going to get that heart pumping, but I’ll give you different options and modifications for all fitness levels. Let’s do it!
