You can try this as your quarantine workout or coronavirus workout in your own home where you may have to self isolate or are in lockdown and have no access to a gym. Its a good no gym workout where you have only a small space to exercise in.
6 Rounds with 6 Strength and Cardio Moves. Get ready for this 36 Minute Fat Burning Conditioning Workout.
Today’s Workout is a great mix of Strength and Cardio while Conditioning the Heart and Lungs also.
There are 6 Rounds and 6 Intense Total Body Moves making it a 36 Minute Workout.
If you are a Beginner you can reduce the Rounds to 2 or 3 and you can also choose a Weight that suits your level of fitness or if you are very new to working out you can just do the moves Bodyweight.
The Workout Starts Here: 11:18
Perform the Following Exercises for 45 Seconds of Work and 15 Seconds of Rest.
Perform 6 Rounds.
1. Jump Jack + Shoulder Press.
2. Single Arm Kettlebell / Dumbbell Thrusters (Opposite Arm Holds a Weight Steady).
3. Double Floor Jacks.
4. Low Squats and Back Lunges.
5. Pop Squat Burpees.
6. Jumping Mountain Climbers x10 + Shoulder Taps x4.
