Tabata* training is a type of HIIT (high-intensity interval training) scientifically proven to help increase endurance and performance for your aerobic (cardiovascular) and anaerobic (muscular) systems.
Whether you want to increase strength, lose weight, improve flexibility or build muscle, a Tabata workout may be for you. Each exercise in a given Tabata workout lasts only four minutes. Within that four minutes, you will push yourself as hard as you can for 20 seconds, and rest for 10 seconds.
