“30-minute Chiseled Yoga” was created by a healthy, yet frustrated mother of two young children out of a desperate desire for BALANCE. Yep, ME!!! I was a working mother, (Side note-newly diagnosed with a rare neurological pain condition) who, like a lot of you, was forced into quarantine due to the COVID-19 outbreak AND into the role of both mom and, now “teacher” to her two small young children. Since healthy lifestyle is of utmost priority, I realized I could not possibly get in the workouts I was doing prior to this COVID-19 lockdown….HENCE- “Chiseled Yoga” was born. A perfect blend of cardio, strength & flexibility wrapped into a solid 30-minute workout!
