Circuit # 1- Repeat Circuit x 3 sets
– SIDE SHUFFLES x 60 secs
– SQUAT HOP x 60 secs
– LUNGE HOLD TO JUMP LUNGE x 60 secs
– SIDE SHUFFLE WITH JUMP x 60 secs
Circuit #2- ABS- Repeat Circuit x 3 sets
– AB RUNNERS X 60 secs
– V- UPS X 60 secs on the right
– V- UPS x 60 secs on the left
– DEAD BUGS x 60 secs
Circuit #3- ABS – Repeat Circuit x 3 sets
– LEG RAISES X 60 SECS
– SINGLE LEG CROSS MOUNTAIN CLIMBERS x 30 seconds on the right
– SINGLE LEG CROSS MOUNTAIN CLIMBERS x 30 seconds on the left
– WALKING PLANKS x 60 secs
& there you have it! Beasty Cardio & ABS Day DONE!
