30 MIN LEAN & STRONG FULL BODY | fat burning dumbbell workout at home

We are adding some serious weight to sculpt and tone your bodies. This workout is the ultimate fat shredder and will test your strength and endurance.
For your reference I am using a pair of 5kg dumbbells but feel free to go heavier if you prefer.
In this workout I am challenging you that little bit more. We have three exercises performed one after another without any breaks, repeated three times and last round twice. There is a 20s break in between sets.

Don’t forget to warm up before starting this workout and stay hydrated.
