This is an intense follow along fat burn home HIIT workout that you can perform in real-time alongside Conor Sloan. This bodyweight full body fat burning HIIT workout requires only 30mins to help you lose unwanted body-fat and build lean muscle.

1. 2 push ups with 2 jumps in & out
2. 2 mini squats into 2 squats jacks
3. Supermans
4. 3 point climber
5. Side lunges
6. Rear delt push ups
7. Plank shoulder taps
8. Squat twists
9. Crunches
10. Burpee with 4 high knees
11. Push up rotate or hold rotate
12. Jumping lunges
13. Tricep dip touch
14. Plank walks
15. Russian twists
