Today’s video is all about feeling good! It is a 30 min fat burning home workout, targeting the full body, HIIT style with NO REPEATS!
You can do this one, if some of the exercises are new to you, remember that practice makes perfect! Keep coming back and trying! If you need to, you can always modify some of the jumping exercises by leaving out the jumping component and you can also perform the push-ups on your knees! The workout will still be just as good!
So grab your mat, some water, your A-game and you’re ready to rumble!
