Are you ready for this 30 min fat burning HIIT cardio workout?! It’s BRUTAL and SO SO effective. In this fat burning HIIT cardio workout I am using a jump rope – but if you don’t have a jump rope – no worries, it’s completely optional. Mimicking the use of a jump rope is super easy and I’ve done variation demonstrations to show you.
