This Workout is by far the BEST workout you can do to burn a lot of calories WITHOUT any Jumping! As many of you know – I had a baby 6 months ago and did this workout 2-3 times a week to get back in shape. I am very happy with where I am which is why I wanted to share this workout with you! YOU DESERVE TO FEEL GOOD without killing yourself and without making investments in equipment! I selected the most motivating songs from epidemicsound.com so you can enjoy the upcoming 30 minutes!
Every exercise is 45 seconds long followed by a 15 second break. After about 10 exercises you will get a 1 minute break so try to continue doing the workout because a longer break is going to come! Of course, if you feel dizzy or out of breath and need a break, please do so! Pause and continue whenever you are ready again. Push yourself but without risking your health! Listen to your body and do what feels right!
The third exercise (side to side) includes a mini jump but you can do this exercise without jumping!
