Cardio training involves any type of exercise where the heart reaches 60 to 85 percent of the maximum heart rate. When the heart works in that range then we are talking about cardio or aerobic training.It’s best to start with fat burning cardio workout early in the morning, and this will encourage your body to burn calories quickly throughout the whole day.

For morning cardio workout it is important to be from low to medium intensity.Cardio exercises speed up the metabolism, strengthen the heart and lungs and reduce the number of heartbeats at rest. Cardio exercises increase blood flow to the brain, which improves concentration. They also contribute to reducing stress and strengthening the immune system.
