Hi wonderful people!
With lots of requests for longer videos, here is a 30 Minute Total Body Band workout to sculpt your muscles and burn fat.
You can enjoy a full body, low impact routine here using your resistance band with heaps of different moves!
We will start with chest, shoulder and postural rotation work then get into some strong exercises where you need to control your technique and really focus on isolating the muscles.
Be mindful of your technique throughout and remember to breathe throughout, exhaling on the exertion or hardest part.
Have some water nearby!
