This is a 20 min fat burning HIIT workout. This full body helps you to lose fat and get strong! You absoloutely do not need any equipment and all the muscles are going to get trained only by body weight.
There are 10 exercises, and we do them 2 rounds. But if you still have power you can repeat them 3-4 round 😉
