In this video, we’ll be doing a non-stop full body fat burning workout that requires NO EQUIPMENT. Meaning this can be done at home, at work, the gym, and anywhere else you choose to! This workout consists of:
Burpees
High knees
Push ups
Alternating lunges
Planks

To obtain optimal benefits, please prepare to do 3-5 rounds of this routine. If you want to enhance the fat burning experience, pair this video with any of the AJ LIMCUANDO workout videos.

-Keep your core flexed throughout the entire routine.
