We are back with another video. Firstly, this is not a muscle building workout routine. It is more like an endurance and stamina building routine and it definitely helps in fat loss, but by no means will it make you buff.
Y’all should try and pause to read the important parts, maybe write it down somewhere, it’ll help you with the follow along process.
Try to keep pace with me and people who are actually pretty fit, try to do far better than what I did. I’m anyway learning and training myself, so y’all can out perform me anytime.
People who aren’t so fit but looking forward to be fit, try and do as much as you can, push yourself, but don’t die trying 😛
Remember, we all take time to change both mentally and physically, so will you.
