Jump squats (Warm up) 1 min 3 sets
Dumbbell lunges 15 each leg
Dumbbell RDLS 20 reps
Step ups on bench (20 each leg) 2 sets
Step ups on bench with dumbbell (20 each leg) 2 sets
Pistol squats 7 each leg 1 set
Slow and controlled deep squats on a dumbbell 20 reps
Hip hinges with a dumbbell (20 reps)
Kickbacks on a bench 20 reps each leg
Fire hydrants with dumbbell 20 reps each leg
Dumbbell hip thrusts (60 reps)
Ab lifts (AMRAP= As many reps as possible)
Wide grip pull down machine 20 reps
Close grip pull down machine 20 reps
Dumbbell lateral swings 20 reps
(I did a few more upper body workouts not shown)
Leg extension machine 25 each leg
AMRAP wall sit
Do this 4 sets
