FAT BURNING TABATA WORKOUT I

Perform each exercise for 25 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest and then move onto the next exercise.
After you have completed all 8 exercises, rest for 30 seconds and repeat another round.
Do 3 or more rounds and workout 2 – 3 times a week to achieve results.
