(2020) 10min Fat Burning, Core Strengthening, Full Body Workout | No Equipment | Do this for 30 days

This 10min workout can be done during any part of the day, morning, afternoon or evening however comfortable. The workout is for all kinds of people, with experience or no experience or beginners. If you do this for 30 days you will see a massive difference in your Fat Percentage by burning calories, losing weight is just a by-product. This workout can be done anywhere and doesn’t require a gym, you can do this in your house too.

A Note from the instructor: These exercises arent new, the 20-sec workout 10-sec rest format is also not new, its most famously used in Tabata and in some variations of HIIT, but what is different is the order and the choices of exercises that have been put together for 10 minutes. That is what makes it different. Do note, getting through the 10min won’t be easy.

This workout is also used by Vineet Bangera to train his dancers. As you know we host classes for Latin Dances, and within its curriculum fitness is a major aspect. Enjoy.
