Follow this 20 minute fat burning navy seal burpee workout for full body training. I learned how to do navy seal burpees by watching Iron Wolf’s YouTube channel and I quickly wanted to try it out! And it was literally soul crushing lol.

I have never tried a navy seal burpee before this – but have learned that this burpee variation needs to be in everyones rotation – if you’re serious about your physical training and fitness. Utilize this burpee variation to burn more fat, burn more calories, and improve your muscular and cardiovascular strength and endurance!

These burpees are not for the feint of heart.
