1. Warm up
2. Left Jab-Hook-Uppercut
3. Right Cross-Hook-Uppercut
4. Pyramid
5. (Front Kick + Jab) + (Push Kick+Cross)
6. (Left Turning Kick + Right Hook) + (Right Turning Kick + Left Hook)
7. Squats
8. Recovery
