Join me for this real time equipment free fat burning cardio workout. You only need a little bit of space and all moves with impact can be modified by stepping instead of jumping to make them low impact.

The circuit has 7 moves 45s workout with 10s of rest and will be repeated 3 times with 1 bonus interval to warm up.
