20 minute fat burning HIIT

It’s lockdown 2020 part 2! So here’s your home workout session!

I’m doing the advanced level, but feel free to choose the intermediate options / cut the timer down.

It’s 45 seconds work, 15 seconds rest with a 1 minute break after every 4 exercises.

It’s a tough workout, but as always I encourage you to work within your limits. Ensure you’re injury free and warmed up before starting and you have appropriate footwear and a safe surface to train on. Finally – bring your water… you’re going to need it!
