This Fierce Hiit Workout is all about max calorie burn.
We have 5 exercises, each 45s long followed by a 15s break, all repeated 4 times. Because we are repeating exercises in this workout, you can expect to burn a lot of calories and feel the burn the next day. Which is all good of course 🙂
You do not need any equipment in this workout, just some water.
Remember seeing results takes time and consistency. I suggest you do this workout 3 times a week. As a guide I like to do a 20-30 min HIIT workout plus another 10-20 min workout focusing on a specific body group.
