#FullBodyWorkout #HIITworkout #FatBurning
Here is another one for you all !
This one is very intense for burning lots of calories and for fat burning.
No equipment is needed. Only thing you need is to keep a bottle of water with you to keep hydrated. Hydration is very important especially with this kind of workout as it is HIIT workout and the resting period is very low. Which means your heart rate will be jumping up and down !!
As the name would suggest HIIT workout is high- intensity- interval- training which is a form of interval training and a type of cardiovascular exercise strategy, an alternative to short periods if intense anaerobic exercises with less intense recovery periods until too tired to continue.
Depending on your fitness level you should be burning around 150-200 calories during this 20 mins of HIIT.
During the 20 mins I only took a minute and a half break. The first rest I took was 30 seconds and the seconds one was 1 minute. Again depending on your fitness levels you may need more resting periods in between exercises. If you need them just dont’t be afraid of resting and take rest. You will improve over time. Pushing your limits is always important to improve but your health is more important. Therefore, do not risk your health under any circumstances. As I said you will improve in time and you will realise that everything get easier and you just get stronger.
I performed each exercise for 30 seconds. Therefore, you can follow along whatever I have done for a complete 20 minutes.
I recommend switching up your workouts to give your muscles enough time to recover and to hit them from different angles. If you want to challenge your body in another way:
