Today I have a no-equipment, 20-minute fat-burning HIIT workout for you. This workout is easy to follow and you can do it anywhere.
In this 20 minute HIIT workout we will do two circuits of 5 exercises. We will do the first circuit of 5 exercises first; 45 seconds on, 15 seconds off two times with a 30-second rest in between. And then we will move onto the second circuit and do the same thing, just different exercises.

3. HIGH KNEES 10x / SQUAT JUMPS 5x
4. HAND WALKOUT
5. SQUAT & LEG LIFT
