Today I’m sharing a 20 min fat burning AMRAP (As many rounds as possible) workout you can do either at the gym or at home with some dumbells. The first exercise require some shoulders mobility so make sure you don’t have any shoulder trouble before performing this exercise. It can be replaced by regular reverse lunges (holding 2 dumbells). #amrap #cardioworkout
